Event Works is a Dubai-based events management company (with a branch in Qatar) that provides a comprehensive range of services from concept development to execution, including providing hi-tech sounds and lights systems, and world-class entertainment.

Event Works uses a patented and unique technology called the 3D Eyeliner® System (sometimes also called “Musion” invented by Uwe Maass with his former company Musion in Germany), which in essence is a high definition visual rendering of virtual reality. It is an open system that uses a specially developed foil in reflecting images from high definition video projectors, making it possible to show virtual images of variable sizes and distinct clarity created using a proprietary software. The entire system consists of a truss box and a stage, where the virtual picture appears.

How the system works?

The 3D Eyeliner® is an "open system". It consists of a truss box and a stage, where the virtual picture appears. A specially developed foil and high performance video projectors make it possible to show virtual images of variable sizes.

Persons and objects float in the air so that the spectator cannot decide where reality ends and imagination starts. The necessary equipment is transportable and can be setup in variable places.

The virtual images generated by a computer software are played via an HDTV Player and relayed back by an HDTV videobeamer.

An HDTV picture has 5 times the pixels a normal PAL/NTSC video signal has.
